This Green Health Built Home has been crafted to be highly efficient. From the Energy Star rating, 5% discount on your electric bill, to the tankless hot water heater, this home has been built with great care. The beautiful elm bar and many custom built-in details are not all that went into construction.
Starting with preparing the land for construction, we remove all the valuable top soil and use it for landscaping after construction. Among the many things you can’t see; the concrete basement floor is insulated, low VOC paints and finishes are used, we recycled everything possible during construction. The house plans are painstakingly reviewed prior to construction to ensure the correct ordering of materials, minimizing construction waste.
